Getting The App on My Phone Follow
There are two ways to add your own Benefits Toolkit to your own phone. We recommend you add your own benefits toolkit app to your phone so you can review the resources and help employees navigate the app.
You can add your app to your own phone by:
1. Clicking the app link from the text message that we send from your business line. (Tip: search your text messages for your business line if you missed the text)
2. Texting your app keyword to the number 36260
You can view your business line and case keyword at the top of your agent dashboard:
With each method, you will receive a text message with a link you can click to prompt the install.
