How to share the benefits toolkit

Whenever possible, share your app in-person. If you can't share in-person, try your best to be on the phone with someone when you share your app. There are two primary ways you can share the Benefits Zone app:

1. Using the text message keyword
2. From the Benefits Zone app

Sharing the Toolkit Using the Text Message Keyword

1. Ask the intended recipient to text the toolkit keyword (found on the home page) to the short code 36260
2. They will receive a text message with a link that they will click on to download the app*.

Sharing Your Toolkit from the Benefits Zone App

1. Open the benefits toolkit
2. Click the "Share" button on the home tab.
3. Enter the recipient's contact information then click "Share App".
4. They will receive a text message with a link that they will click on to download the app*.

*Important: do not ever manually copy/paste or forward the link to share it. Each time the app is shared, it creates a unique tracking link. If you copy the link from the text message, this breaks the tracking functionality, which then requires manual adjustment through the admin dashboard.
