Use Requests to Save Time Follow
Benefits Zone offers the ability to create Request forms that are automatically routed to the applicable party. Requests save time by streamlining the benefits process and are tracked through the admin dashboard.
All employee requests are stored in the 'Requests' tab of the admin dashboard. View specifics of the request by clicking the Details icon. Add a note to an employee in the 'Employees' tab to update the status or add more details for a request.
To best leverage requests, create requests for frequently asked questions or requested resources. Be sure to route requests to the appropriate party to streamline the process and shorten response time.
