Monitoring Multiple Cases with the Admin Dashboard Follow
Only for Users with a Manager Dashboard
With the admin dashboard, Brokers have access to view every case that Agents or Enrollers are working. Manager Dashboard users have the ability to view cases by Agents/Enrollers as well as activity within those cases.
From your Manager Dashboard, click the 'Manage Account' tab.
This tab contains a list of all agents or enrollers on the case. To view the activity (or review the app) for an individual app, click the text in the "login as user" field next to the subdomain of the Agent or Enroller of interest. This will take you to a view of their dashboard. Within their dashboard, you can review:
- Employees in the 'Employees' tab
- All submitted requests and responses in the 'Requests' tab
- How employees are interacting with Benefits Zone in the 'Interactions' tab.
- Which agent/enroller is assigned to the subdomain/keyword in the 'Details' tab
Use the Search bar to search for specific employees or filter by tags or click column headers to sort information.
