Filter by Registration Status Follow
To view only registered employees:
- Navigate to the 'Employees' tab in the Agent Dashboard
- Click the "Show filters" button
- Adjust the "Only registered employees" toggle to the "Yes" position
With the toggle set to "Yes", only registered employees are included in your employee list. Select additional tags if desired. The employee and interactions summary at the top of the dashboard will adjust to reflect the filter. Adjust the toggle back to "No" to remove the filter.
You can also click the "Phone" column header to sort by registered employees. Employees who haven't registered with your app will have "Not Registered" listed as their phone number. Click here for more on how to view the contact information of an unregistered employee.
