Why can I not add a new case?
In order to add new cases to the case list:
- Agents must have the permission to add cases
- Managers must approve the new case
Reach out to the account administrator with questions about permissions or the manager for status of case approval.
Why can't I edit a case?
If an agent can't edit a case, it's likely they don't have permission to edit cases. Reach out to the account administrator with questions about permissions or email the desired change to support@benefits.zone
