What to do if you have low Employee activity? Follow
When employees install and open a benefits toolkit, they are prompted to register. Once they register, they can view all of the tools and resources within the app and are eligible to receive text messages.
If you have a large number of employees who haven't registered, there are a few actions you can take:
- Reach out to HR - Ask HR to send an email, hang up a flyer in the break room, or post a reminder on the company intranet (internal company portal) on how to request or install the app. You could also ask them to encourage managers and supervisors to highlight the benefits toolkit during standing meetings.
- Call or Email Unregistered Employees - Follow-up with unregistered employees to help them install or register their app. Make sure employees understand the value of the app and why they should use it to review benefit options.
- Promote the App with Other Channels - Consider a virtual benefits fair or webinar to promote the app and help walk employees through registering with and navigating the benefits toolkit. Call in or attend any recurring manager or supervisor meetings to encourage registration.
