How can I tell if an employee enrolled in benefits?
The benefits toolkit isn’t connected to your enrollment system, so the app can only track whether or not an employee clicked on a self-enrollment resource, but you should check your enrollment system for the status of an employee’s enrollment.
Why do some employees have activity but aren't registered?
Opening the app from the initial share link is considered an activity. If an unregistered employee has a relatively high number of activities, consider calling to recommend they review the resources on how to add the app to their phone.
Why do some employees open the app then have no more activity?
This could happen for a number of reasons. The employee could have received a call or text message after they opened the app, opened the app accidentally, or opened the app to look at the case keyword to share it with someone else.
