Find tags in your dashboard

You can view tags on the employee list, the contact card, or in the employee profile.

View tags on the employee list/contact card

1. Navigate to the case’s employee list if needed.
2. Search for an employee if needed.
3. View associated tags (text in rounded rectangles) next to the employee’s name in the employee list or to the right side of the contact card.

View tags in the employee profile

1. Navigate to the case’s employee list if needed.
2. Search for an employee if needed.
3. Click the employee’s name.
4. View associated tags (text in rounded rectangles) in the tags section toward the top of the employee profile.
