Auto-Response SMS Keyword & Tagging Follow
Agents can automate the tagging process when employees request a benefits toolkit using the case’s keyword. Use automated tagging during benefits fairs or webinars when multiple employees may want to request a link to the benefits toolkit. There are three components needed to automatically assign tags to new or existing employees:
- Ask employees to start a new text message to the number 36260.
- Type the case’s keyword in the body of the text message.
- Add a specific tag after a hashtag/pound sign (#).
The text that follows the pound sign (#) will automatically be included in the employee profile upon following the link for your app.
