How to use employee activity Follow
Activity in the app is a good indication of the level of interest an employee has in benefits. You should also review app activity for sales and service opportunities:
Scenario 1: An employee has clicked on Accident Insurance resources multiple times, it’s likely they are interested in that offering. Follow-up for a discovery call keeping in mind accident coverage is likely a need.
Scenario 2: An employee clicked the “Call Agent” and “Email Agent” button from the contact page or the “Schedule an Appointment” button, but you didn’t receive a call, email, or appointment request. The employee might have a question. Follow-up for proactive customer service. You might help the employee resolve an issue quickly and avoid frustration.
Scenario 3: An employee clicked an “Enroll Now” button, but you don’t see a new policy for them. Follow-up to make sure they completed their enrollment and don’t have any questions.
