Can I upload a file with employee information?
Only HR can upload, authorize, and opt their employees in to communication. The HR authorization form gives Benefits Zone permission to send messages on the company’s behalf. Because of this, only HR can upload a census file.
Why can I not add a new employee?
Only agents with permission to add employees enabled can add employees to a case. Contact your account administrator for more information.
Why can’t I adjust an employee’s contact information?
Only agents with permissions to edit employees can adjust contact information. To make a correction or adjustment, contact your account administrator or click here to submit a request.
