Are campaigns sent from my cell phone number?
No. All text message activity in Benefits Zone is tied to your case contact number - a unique phone number assigned to each case.
Can employees reply to a campaign text message?
Yes. Manage employee replies from the Messaging tab. Each employee who received the campaign message will have a unique text message thread that displays all message history with the employee.
What if the message I want to send isn’t available in the dropdown menu?
Campaign messages are approved and managed by your account administrator. Contact them with requests or email firstname.lastname@example.org for new or adjusted messages.
