Can I add new lead group categories?
Yes - lead groups can be created or adjusted by case administrators or managers.
Can I filter by multiple lead groups at once?
No - only one lead group can be selected at a time. However, you can filter by a lead group as well as additional tags or criteria using the filter tool.
How do I add an employee to a lead group?
The system automatically adds employees to lead groups based on activity with the app. To manually add a category to an employee, use the tagging feature.
