How does the case Connecting with Employees window work Follow
The Connecting with Employees window has several ways to share the benefits toolkit with employees. Below is a review of each.
How the app link works
Each case has a unique app link that routes to the case's toolkit. Employees can type the link into their mobile browser directly to access the case toolkit. This app link is also included in standard text message campaigns, auto-responder to the SMS keyword, and is the site the QR code accesses.
How the QR keyword works
Employees scan the QR code, which directs them to open up the toolkit in their browser. From there, employees follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
How the case flyer works
Case owners can print or save and distribute flyers to cases. Employees can use the flyer to access the toolkit through the QR code or SMS keyword. Agents can place flyers in meeting rooms or central gathering places to raise awareness of the app. The article here has more instructions for printing the flyer.
How the SMS keyword works
Employees text the company-specific text message keyword phrase (ie. COMPANY DEMO) to the number 36260. Then, an auto-response message delivers the link to that case’s Benefits Zone mobile toolkit.
How does the case contact number work
Any text messages sent to a case’s employees are sent from the unique case contact number. Employees can send a reply text message to this number, which will be displayed in the employee’s text message thread. If employees call the case contact number it is routed to the cell phone number on file for the agent. Review the routing number in the "Connecting with employees" window.
