What’s the difference between Authorized and Registered?
Often, employees will be both authorized and registered. However, an employee may have registered with the app (registered) but texted the word “Stop” to the case contact number (“SMS prohibited” status - not authorized) or an employee could have texted “Start” to the case contact number (authorized) but not installed or registered with the app (not registered).
How do I remove or edit filters?
All criteria selected from the “Filters” section will affect the filtered employee list. Click a selected radio button or the “x” next to a tag to remove it. To reset the filter, simply select “All Employees” from the Lead group dropdown menu.
Where did all of my employees go? They’re not all included in my employee list.
Once an employee list is filtered, employees that do not meet the criteria are excluded. To view all employee select “All Employees” from the Lead group dropdown menu.
