Using the case keyword

Employees who didn’t receive or can’t find a text message sent on behalf of HR can text the keyword to 36260 to receive a link to the benefits toolkit. You can reference this process in: 

• Emails from HR teams and/or Benefits Administrators
• Flyers with the keyword and short code phone number (36260) to distribute around the office
• Posts on a company intranet site
• Posters for the office in common space (ie. water cooler, coffee machine etc.)
• Presentation slides including the keyword and short code phone number for virtual or in-person meetings
• Onboarding packets for new employees
