Can a case have multiple keywords?
No - each case has a single, unique keyword associated with the case.
Why doesn’t the number that employees text to request the benefits toolkit change?
Since each case has a unique case keyword, the keyword is all that’s needed to differentiate between cases and deliver the appropriate app to the employees.
Does the keyword have to be capitalized?
As long as the spelling of the keyword is correct, the system will deliver the appropriate app link. The capitalization or spaces between words doesn’t matter.
