Change the SMS keyword for a case Follow
We caution against changing a keyword, especially if information with the keyword has already been distributed to employees. However, if a keyword needs to be corrected, agents with the permissions to edit case keywords can:
- Navigate to the case list view.
- Click the three dots next to the desired case.
- Click “Edit Case Settings”.
- Adjust applicable information in the Manage Case window.
- Click the “Save” button.
