In order to fully leverage the Benefits Zone solution, it’s important to understand how to use the information in each case’s dashboard. Fundamentally, agents can maximize the value of the dashboard by focusing on employee activity, lead groups, and tags.
Agents can use the contact card at the top of the dashboard to quickly follow-up with employees. The best starting point is to filter employees by the most engaged lead score then reference the contact cards for this group to prioritize outreach. Review an employee’s profile for specific app activity information before reaching out to prepare.
Agents can also use tags to note employees that sound interested but may need an additional nudge. Add tags to employees who answered your follow-up call, are interested in a specific product, or scheduled a meeting but haven’t enrolled. Filter the employee list by tags and use the contact cards to work through the targeted list.
