Edit the event schedule for a case Follow
Agents can edit the open enrollment period dates or campaigns to adjust a case’s event schedule.
To edit a case’s start and end dates for open enrollment
For agents with permissions to edit cases:
- Navigate to the case list view
- Click the three dots next to the desired case
- Click “Edit Case Settings”
- Adjust applicable information in the Create Case window
- Click the “Save” button
To schedule or change a campaign
For agents with permissions to send/edit campaigns:
- Click a case name from the case list
- Navigate to the campaigns tab using the megaphone icon on the left menu
- Schedule a new or edit an existing campaign
Note: Not all users have permissions to add/edit enrollment dates and campaigns. If you don't see the options above, contact your administrator with questions.
