What if the start or end date of the case’s enrollment is incorrect and I don’t have permission to edit the case?

How long does it take for the schedule to update after I make changes?
The schedule should update immediately after changes to case details or campaigns are saved. If the changes aren’t reflected, refresh the employee list.
Can I add training events to a case’s event schedule?
At this time, the event schedule doesn’t support custom event types. The schedule only includes campaigns and open enrollment start & end dates.
