How to update case information Follow
Case administrators can adjust case details like:
- Case Name
- Open and Close Enrollment dates
- Case Keyword
- Routing phone number for the business line
- Scheduling, microsite, and enrollment links for the case
To make these adjustments:
- Click the gear icon on the left navigation menu
- Click the “Manage Case” tab
- Replace the existing information with the new information in the desired field
- Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the screen
